The Wampi / Wampee fruit tree preferes warmer climates but is frost tolerant for a small amount of time so it can still be grown in cooler climates.They can be grown on many types of soils and once they get going are very easy to maintain and will grow well without having to do too much to them.Their unusual and glossy leaves also make them a very nice looking tree to have in your garden.
