The Red Centre Lime is a cross between a finger lime and the Burmese Rangpur lime.It has the same texture inside as a finger lime but is sweeter and juicier than the standard fingler lime.
They can be used just like any other lime in cooking or in your favourite drink.
The fruit are a beautiful red Crimson colour inside and out and make for a stunning looking tree when in flower as well with their little pink flower buds that turn to white.
