The Sri Kembangan is a malaysian variety of carambola with an amazing taste and good shelf life.They are one of the largest growing carambola and go from green to yellow to dark yellow to orange once they are fully ripe but can be eaten once they are yellow if you prefer them that way.They also produce a lot of fruit and flower up to 3 times per year.They are easy to grow and are a very vigourous variety.
