Lychee trees are self fertile trees and only need one tree to bear fruit but will pollinate better with more than one tree.
The Baitaying is our favourite lychee.They are a bit crunchier than the B3 with a very similar taste but they are a little smaller and sweeter. 
They are one of the earliest fruiting varieties and will be ready to eat by late October where as the B3 will be ready around Mid November.
